1. Qualifications & experience.:
Essential : Matriculation or equivalent with atleast five years of experience of running a catering organisation independently in the civil, in the Defence Services or in any other similar organisation and ability to maintain mess accounts.
Desirable : Diploma/Degree in catering from a recognised institution and. knowledge of nutrition. JCO or equivalent from catering trade with more than 5 years catering experience.
2.Age : 21-50 years as on 01 Jun 2009.
3.Salary : Mess Manager: Rs. 11360/-.(consolidated)
4. Perquisites : The incumbents are entitled for free accommodation as available, free electricity (limited units) free messing for self, except during vacation.
5.
