Description
Full time Degree in Law (Professional) with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a
University recognized by the Bar Council of India. Candidates with post qualification practical
experience at Bar and/or in any reputed Organization as an Officer having adequate exposure to
Company/Civil/Labour Laws will be preferred. Candidates should possess excellent
communication and drafting skills and have the capacity and capability to handle and deal with
legal problems and cases independently.
Candidates with experience may be considered for grant of advance increments by the Selection
Committee at the recruitment stage.
Applications from General/OBC candidates should be accompanied with
certificates/marksheets as prescribed in the application profoma together with a crossed
Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank for Rs. 200/-(Rupees Two Hundred Only)
drawn in favour of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited payable at Mumbai. The
candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD and wards of Defence personnel killed in action are
exempted from payment of application fee.
Only INDIAN NATIONALS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
