    Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Science/Social Work/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare from a recognized University/Institute of repute. Should have experience as above in a large Industrial or Mining Organization. We propose a proactive content poisoning scheme to stop colluders and pirates from alleged copyright infringements in P2P file sharing.
