Job Description Job Objective:
To provide varied, exciting food items in all properties with emphasis on taste, quality & hygiene and to meet revenue target & budgets assigned at the beginning of Financial Year

Activities & Responsibilities
- To create a food identity for each property
- To lead F&B innovation
- To make review Monthly and Quarterly P&L statement for all the properties
- To ensure Annual F&B Revenue targets is achieved by providing monthly & Regional targets to F&B Team.
- To estimate F&B budget, based on the previous year’s budget (overall and property)
- To supervise and co-ordinate the activities & efforts of entire F&B team
- To do business development by setting up central deals for all properties & increasing food variety
- To prepare the sales mix and revising the rates if need be
- To create business opportunity by co-ordinating with marketing department for hosting parties & corporate event
- To build and manage vendor relations
- To constantly negotiate on price and variety with the vendors with an emphasis on National & Regional deals.
- To get as many complimentary deals as possible
- To keep a check F&B Audit: Wastage, spoilage, yield etc.
- To do a comparative sales analysis; property wise and item wise
- To ensure minimum wastage and pilferage
- Budget Owner: constant vigilance on budget v/s actual costs and revenues.
