    - Receiving ,Registering Distributing and filling of all documents.
    - Arranging the materials to customers for delivery without any delay as per their invoices.
    - Coordinate the field workers and encouraging them to concentrate on work.

    - Handling Import Shipments
    - Communicating with suppliers Internationally

    - Negotiating with the suppliers for better prices.
    - Opening new Letter of Credits against Import shipments.
    - Following the orders & being daily in touch with the suppliers till goods already shipped.
    - Reviewing the L/C terms and conditions against import shipments for amendment if needed.
    - Maintain a log of freight costs, while auditing invoices and freight bills.
    - Interact, establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers, sub-contractors, in-house departments (project and engineering, planning, accounts), freight forwarding agents, transporters, shipping lines, Bank and other offices as required.
    - Tracking the import documents sent by the courier or through the bank in case of LC(s) shipment to ensure it’s being receive before the vessel’s ETA to clear the materials on time.
    - Contacting the shipping agent to know the vessel’s ETA to clear the cargo on the first date of arrival.
    - Preparing the customs documentations for clearing the Bill of Entry online.
    - Issuing Documents to the transportation companies to uplift the containers from the port preventing port storages.
    - Planning and coordinating with warehouse to ensure the empty containers are being deposited back to port within the validity of DO to avoid line demurrages.
    - Checking the goods after arrival & preparing reports and updating the quantity on systems as per its category and origin.Complaints if necessary.
    - Conducting internal Audit quarterly for filling Testing and warehouse industry.
