Civil _ Architect

To develop, direct, coordinate, and lead the generation of construction document drawing packages to satisfy all established DSG and client standards and expectations.

Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills – ability to readily adapt to project/workflow adjustments
Well developed problem-solving skills, with leadership skills to make independent decisions within a general framework
Thorough knowledge of procedures/process for production of construction documents
Working knowledge of US building codes, including HDCP accessibility regulations
Thorough understanding of US building materials, construction methods, detailing, and measurement systems
Thorough technical knowledge of architectural systems; working knowledge of civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for project coordination purposes
Experience in commercial projects is required; experience in supermarket/restaurant/retail projects is strongly preferred.
