Job Description:
Candidates Job responsibilities will include the following:·
Bathe, dress and feed the child/infant·
Prepare formula and change diapers·
Manage child’s activities such as meals and rest period as per instructed by the parents·
Discipline the child according to the methods instructed by the parents·
Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading books, teaching rhymes and outings, provide amusement and exercise ·
Take child to and from school and to appointments·Maintain healthy environment around the house·
Instruct and teach the child about personal hygiene and social development.
Observe children and prepare reports for home care·
Should not hesitate to assist in additional responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be from either nursing background or from early childhood teaching background, candidates must be a graduate must have excellent communication skills must have a good command over English, must have a good knowledge of child nutrition, must have a valid passport (if don’t then we can help the candidate to get one) must be prepared to travel nationally and internationally. Job Responsibility__________________________________________________________
Ø Assist in the compilation of the study related documents during the Pre trial
Period
Ø Ensuring the conduct of the trials as per the ICH GCP & Protocol Specified
Guidelines
Ø Monitor (pre-study, initiation, routine, and close-out visits) at investigator sites (40 – 50% travel) for GCP compliance according to company SOPs and/or client guidelines Recruit investigators for participation in clinical trials Negotiate study budgets with investigators
Ø Obtain, review for appropriateness, and process regulatory and administrative documents from investigator sites
Ø Review draft protocols for completeness and feasibility
Ø Develop Case Report Forms for clinical trials
Ø Present (e.g. study specific guidelines and procedures, case report forms, and monitoring conventions) at Investigators’ Meetings
Ø Prepare and process Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports
Ø Prepare project management reports for clients, project personnel, and company management
Ø Review and verify eCRFs and other clinical data, in-house, for completeness and accuracy; generate queries
Ø Resolve queries of CRF data with study site personnel
Ø Review Tables and Listings generated from study data
Ø Assist in writing Clinical Study Reports
Ø Train junior CRCs on monitoring, internal procedures, and query resolution
Ø When allocated by study management, submit essential/required documents to a central IRB or a country’s central Ethics Committee, and, if necessary based on local requirements, the Competent Authority
