Job Description:
Offering design advice, space planning and overseeing architectural projects. Handling of Interiors projects and Site Execution of projects.
Cosultancy experience in different field will be preferable.
Acquiring client through Business development for our services and winning project.
Preparing drawing as per clients' requirement and giving presentations.
Handling project execution.
Co ordination with HO at Ahmedabad - Gujarat.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be B.Arch.
Having min. experience of 5 years in architectural field. Strong command on Auto Cad and other relevant software for designing. Consultancy experience will be added advantage.
Responsible for extracting and preparing the drawings for architectural layout & explaining to the Client. To prepare detailed drawing.
3D drawing capabilities and knowledge will be an added advantage Competitive/ pleasing personality.
Senior Architect for Project & Client Co-ordination , Overseas Exposure will be an added advantage but not essential.
Must have PC and internet at home.
