Job Description:
He will be responsible for understanding of the Contract and Drawings for efficient execution. Proper control of materials, work quality, recording of measurements & certification of bills through application of New Millennium Work Processes & Documentation (NM-WPD) in co-ordination with the stakeholders. Shall be largely responsible for Progress & Quality of works.
Responsibilities :
Coordination with Architects/ Consultants for timely receipt of the GFC drawings, detailed study and its distribution records.
Implementation of Contractual compliance & contractors obligations.
Assessment of BOQs.
Reconciliation Statements & Billing.
Approval and follow up of shop drawings &BB schedules
Implementation of sample approval schedule
Preparation of Weekly Plan and Weekly Progress Variance Statements.
Daily work plan and weekly progress review meetings with contractors.
Implementation of Quality Checklists and Pour Cards
Preparation & corrective actions of Defect list.
Post construction approvals, documentation.

Minimum Diploma (Civil)
Minimum 05 years in construction industry computer literate.

This project aims at maintaining the pH of the given solution neutral by controlling the quantity of the respective solution(acid or base).

Implementation of Half wave and Full wave rectifier using IC 741.

- Institute for Design of Electrical Measuring Instruments [IDEMI], Chunnabatti, where an industrial orientation program on calibration of temperature, pressure and flow was held. The visit included a demonstration of “Transducer for Instrumentation” at the Accredited Calibration & Testing Laboratory.
- Rashtriya chemical Fertilizers (RCF), where a demonstration of different control valves was shown.
- Ajinkyatara Sugar Factory, where the whole process of production of sugar was shown which was required for the subject Batch process Automation.
Other Achievements
- Secured 1st position in S.E and 2nd position in T.E at the college examinations.
- Represented Atomic Energy Central School’s basketball team that won the basketball tournament at the national level.
- Secured 1st position in throw ball, volleyball and dodge ball in the sports event held at ACPCOE.
- Organised the sports event “Kurukshetra” at ACPCOE
- Was the event organizer for “Orion”, ACPCOE Instrumentation Dept.
