Job Description:
Responsible for smooth running of packing lines to ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Planning and allocation of resources (man, packing line and material) in packing and ensuring optimum utilization of resources. Ensure safe workplace and implementation of GMP requirements.

1. Receive, check according to measurement, store correctly.
2. Issue goods as required against the requisition duly authorized.
3. Check all incoming supplies for quality as per the laid standards.
4.Should maintain minimum stock of seven days.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be a graduate

Conceptual understanding of manufacturing processes & systems (like batch, line production) and Quality concepts like process capability, process controls and continuous improvement. Candidate should have hands-on shop floor management experience in packaging operations, Understanding of GMP requirements would be added advantage

Responsible for maintaining FIFO.
Should maintain MRN on daily basis, so that control can be kept on the stock level.
Under no circumstances material to be issued without MRN duly signed by concerned person.

Similar experience will be preferable.
