    Assisting developers in routine coding tasks involved in recently delivered projects
    Learning scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails

    -Should *NOT* have bought their final year projects
    -Should be passionate about coding
    -Fast learners
    -Committed and honest
    -Should come prepared for interview in their core areas of expertise if called for interview
