    Job Description:
    1. Continuous Interaction with the customer:- The overall objectives of communication with the customer (medical traveler) are:
    - to handhold the customer through various ground services
    - to provide all information that the customer requires
    - to collect and organize the customers’ requirements and expectations
    - to effectively communicate the requirement to the operations team
    - to be a caring face to the customer, since he is also a patient.
    The communication with the customer will be active, with the Destination Manager being the face of the company. The Destination Manager will have to present a caring and cordial face to the customer, taking care of the customers requirements and interacting with the operations team to organize these.
    Since the Destination Manager will be interacting mainly with customers who hail from countries other than India, he/she will have to exhibit tolerance in understanding the cultural context of the communication and respond with care.
    2. Partner Relationship Management: - The Destination Manager will have to maintain excellent relationships with the various service providers that Makewell has partnered with. This would include health care providers, accommodation service providers, car rental services etc. The Destination Manager will have to identify key contact points in these organizations and liaise with them on a continuous basis.
    3. Coordination with CRM Team: - The CRM team would be responsible for organizing the itinerary and building the case file for each customer. The Destination Manager will have to interact and communicate with the CRM team to understand the requirements and scheduling of each customer and to regularly update the status of the customer.
    4. Building and developing the network: - The Destination Manager will have to exhibit entrepreneurial drive in building new contacts and developing fruitful relationships with service providers who could be potential partners to Makewell

    Graduates with excellent written and oral communication Skills in English. Candidates with experience in hospitality industry in client facing roles will get preference
