My role in organization:
Executing CO (change order), CO is design change execution for locomotive parts and assemblies using UG software as per manufacturing requirement. It includes creating 3D
Model of locomotive parts (sheet metal) and assemblies and drafting (detailing) them for manufacturing unit located at Erie (America). Using UG software intermitted by team-center-engineering software.

Project work in BE: Grain refinement of AL-Si alloy by EMI.

- Aluminum and silicon alloy is one of the most important engineering materials which is used frequently by industries such as aero-space industry, Marin industry because of there light weight and good engineering properties such as toughness, resistance to corrosion ,machine-ability, high fatigue strength ,
- Our aim of project was to reduce the grain size of the AL-SI alloy molecules during solidification in presence of electro-magnetic induction, thus reduced in the grain size increases the property of the material leading to the increased strength of the material.
- Application mainly used in the manufacturing of aero plane body.

Project work in RVCE :Polymer complaint coating on under water bodies for drag reduction simulated by CDF software.

- My role in project: to do complete detailed literature survey about drag reduction, to produce the evidence to the project justification.
- To do analysis on uuv by applying material properties of coating in gambit and solving it using the solver known as Fluent,
- Analyze the result given from the output of the solver and to define the variation effect caused by the presence of polymer in turbulences media.
