Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Compile, analyze data and prepare reports and presentations related specific to the following Operations and Technology Admin functions: Staffing & Metrics; Intranet Reporting, Policies and Procedures and Communications; Financial and Management Reporting; Quality Management. These responsibilities support the Operations and Technology Admin Team in providing excellent, cost effective customer service, while also supporting corporate initiatives, building the trust of all shareholders and financial advisors, and protecting the best interest of the funds. Work is performed in partnership with other Operations and Technology Admin team members and various business partners. Assignments are of limited scope and complexity where initiative and independent judgment are required. Work needs to be performed with minimal direction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the service model and ongoing corporate objectives by analyzing and identifying trends in an effort to provide improvement opportunities for each specific Operations and Technology Admin function, while also remaining abreast to the environments of all other Operations and Technology Admin functions.

Maintain good working relationships and knowledge of all customers (e.g. Business units, GTAA, FTS and FTT Admin team members, business partners, external vendors, etc.) in an effort to support the evolution of the service model by:

• Identifying customer needs, issues and trends as they arise and be able to identify solutions that are consistent with organizational objectives.
• Identifying opportunities within the Operations and Technology that drive up service levels, are more cost-effective, and increase quality.
Produce and analyze applicable reports and provide updates to customers.
Provide business user support and maintain all tools, reporting repositories, service quality metrics, quality evaluations, and business reporting metrics.
Support ongoing centralized Opearations and Technology Admin processes to ensure consistent measurements, reporting and communication.
Support basic technical initiatives, phases and business events impacting the Operations and Technology and business partners. Also, acting as a liaison between the Operations and Technology divisions and the Operations and Technology Admin focus areas in researching and responding to basic process changes, compliance issues, procedures, etc.
Coordinates and/or supports projects as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES:
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training plus 2+ years of business experience working in a medium to large corporation.
• Knowledge of proper usage of grammar, vocabulary, spelling, proofreading and document generation.
• Knowledge of Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
• Minimum one-year experience working with moderate to large projects.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Call Center/Service Center experience preferred.
• For Intranet, Policies and Procedures and Communication Focus: Experience in system analysis and design, database technology, programming and web development concepts and technical writing preferred.

• Ability to deliver excellent results within the established timeframes while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain current knowledge of procedures, products, and workflows for specific customers and focuses (e.g., quality, staffing, P&P, financial reporting, etc.).
• Must be flexible and adaptable.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with field personnel and outside business associates in the course of performing assigned duties.
• Ability to work independently; excellent analytical and self-motivational skills; excellent advocacy and persuasive skills.

• Ability to organize and prioritize work and coordinate the work of others.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Any Graduate good on MS Excel (Macros,Pivot Tables, FUnctions)
2-4 Years of experience in analyzing,reporting
Should work in Night shifts
