    Job Description:
    This position is based in Noida (Delhi NCR). RESPONSIBLE FOR QUOTES, ORDER PROCESSING, ORDER MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, INVOICING, RETURNS MANAGEMENT AND ALL SALES AND OPERATIONS COORDINATION FOR AVIALL INDIA CUSTOMERS. POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SALE OF AIRCRAFT PARTS TO CUSTOMERS IN ALL MARKET SEGMENTS. DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS VIA PHONE, FAX, EMAIL, ELECTRONIC DATA INTERFACE AND IN PERSON SALES 1.OVERALL A.Maintain the price matrix/contracts for their nominated customers. B.Assist respective National Account Manager in developing quotes and supply proposals 2.PRE-CALL ANALYSIS A.Analyze past quotations to determine if we won or lost them. 3.SALES PRE-ACTIONS A.Identify reports to be sent periodically to customers to enhance Aviall's service. B.Promote specific products and aviall.com website to customers. 4.SALES CALLS A.Make sales calls as necessary B.Build a close rapport with customers C.Write contract sales report and discuss with associated Sales/National Account Manager. CUSTOMER SERVICE 1.Provide professional quotations to customers. 2.Follow up specific large dollar quotations 3.Process orders 4.Expedite customer orders 5.Process customer cores, warranty claims, discrepancies and credit memo applications 6.Assists warehouse personnel to identify urgent of AOG shipments that need to go out to customers. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Keep up-to-date on all information systems that management deems pertinent to their area of responsibility. 2.Follow up customers for payment and liaise with Accounting and Administration personnel. 3.Assist with new account set ups and credit applications 4.Filing of certain manufacturer's catalogs, technical documents etc. 5.Responsible for using and updating Siebel.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Good PC Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Good Communication Skills, Strong Relationship, knowledge of ERP System is preferred.

    Bachelor's Degree or Aviation Diploma is required. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degree, order management experience or experience in the aircraft parts/airline procurement industry.
