- To Achieve Targeted sales :Ensure product wise month wise sales plan is achieved at lowest possible discounts by regular F/up of enquiries, projects, consultants, contractors and dealers
- Reduction of Outstanding & pending tax forms: Monitor outstanding on regular basis to achieve month wise collection target vis a vis monthly sales figure simultaneously bring down the average collection period
- Explore: New applications& New customer base for the existing and new products.
- Competition: Keep the competition out for the core product and break the same for all other existing and new range
- Customer care: Attend to customer complaints as to Product, Deliveries, Documentation
- To achieve a targeted figures
- Communicating information pertaining to company’s products and services to existing and potential customers
- Generating enquiries by regular contacts with concern people in maintenance, production and purchase departments at customers end.
- Regular visits to the consultants and piping contractors for business in new projects.
- Providing solution and technical help to the problem related to our products
