Job Description:
- To understand the complete plumbing project based on the tender documents.
- Prepare complete BAR CHART for the entire project in consultation with various interrelated depts., with specific inputs from customer/client.
- Prepare sub-bar charts for various activities viz. schedule for release of drawings, BOQs, procurement of material along with design / purchase dept.
- Prepare sub-bar charts for deliveries of material & monitor the same in line with the progress of the project.
- To carry out testing/inspection of material as per specifications as & when required at vendor’s place /site.
- Monitoring adherence of various schedules as per BAR Charts & report deviations.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Conversant with international codes and standards like B31.1,B31.3
Sound knowledge of piping material, Drainage layout Design, Storm water layout Design, Individual terrace layout, Under ground tank Design & Over head tank Design Conversant with National Building codes.
Preference will be given to the candidates working with Plumbing contracting companies.
