01. Project Name : studies on castable using high alumina brick grog.
Clint : TATA REFRACTORIES LTD.
In this project, the waste alumina brick was taken and processed.
The strength of the product was tested by taking different samples. It was found
that the strength of the product preapred from waste brick is same as the normal
high alumina products, which are prepared from fresh material. Therefore, this
process of preparation was adopted for other waste brick also. By using this
product the company can increase its financial benefits as well as environmental
pollution can be controlled.
02. Project Name : INDUSTRIAL RELATION
Clint : ADHUNIK METALIKS
With growing prosperity and rising wages of the labour in every
industry the relationship between management and worker has been changed. So in
a particular industry this type of relation was studied by different data
analysis and the workers satisfaction was observed from different departments
through different methodology.
03. Project Name : After sales service by OCL for their Refractory
supplies to Rourkela Steel Plant.
Clint : OCL India Ltd.
This project is based on customer satisfaction of OCL India Limited
by making the survey of refractory consumption in Rourkela steel Plant supplied
by OCL.
