Job Role :
To support the Collections Department by proper verification of account holders, verifying claims about bankruptcy and death and preventing loss of revenue by blocking accounts of delinquents and to generate lead for collection efforts.
To support center wide activities of HSBC Global Resourcing.
While working for Credit and Lending worked on complex data from Spreadsheets, doing web-based research, verification and deciding on issue of Credit Cards to customers based on their profile besides assigning work to the team and ensuring timely completion.
When posted in Cards carried out routine Account Maintenance, Consolidation and Monetary Research, etc. besides handling activation of credit card accounts and blocking lost or stolen cards.
Handling online customer grievances keeping in mind that outstanding customer experience has to be delivered.
