• Consistently achieving sales targets to the tune of ________
• Lead Generation: Introducing software products / services of the company to the Corporate Clients both new and existing clients
• New lead generation for software and services would include following processes: /follow ups / meetings /understanding their requirement and proposing them for suitable solution /negotiating and finalizing the deal /coordinating with project manager /achieving targets
• Be aware and investigate potential opportunities for account growth and new business

Customer Relationship Management
• Ability to manage multiple Client Relationships and Engagements
• Applying working knowledge of various fund structures to specific client scenarios
• Documenting client issues and customization requests in an organized and detailed manner
• Ensuring client satisfaction by managing software requests, questions, and issues in a timely fashion

Business Analysis
• Have a thorough understanding of the software products and services
• Constant hands on practice will be the best way to learn and grasp the software products and services
• Identification and Development of new products or solutions in the segment
• Staying ahead of Competitors by constantly analyzing their Products and Solutions and enhancing our Products and Services appropriately
• Assisting in the delivery and evaluation of software enhancements and upgrades, by working closely with Development Team

Managing KPO Services
• To efficiently manage the implementation of KPO Services business
• Formulating a project plan and strategy for the growth of Services business by working closely with Marketing and Customer Relationship Team
• To put in place an effective implementation process by removing redundancies and duplication of work.
• Constantly looking to improve both the internal and external processes of the Services business to make this business both cost effective and profitable
• Discuss potential opportunities for account growth and adding new lines of Services business
