Job Description:
1. To generate business for Modular Kitchens in Delhi and NCR area
2. Attend to walk in customers’ enquiries on kitchens, brief on product/ installation services.
3. To guide & train the store sales person to operate the store independently.
4. To meet builders, architects/Interior Designers and Institutional prospects for generating leads, footfalls to stores and new business opportunities.
5. To develop innovative local sales canvassing and low cost promotions to generate awareness, footfalls and business.
6. Give emphasis on display (ensure display as per planograms / special promos, if any).
7. Where required, to identify and appoint new Dealers / Franchisees for Modular Kitchens.
8. To provide service to the Franchisee and train/help them generate orders for Kitchens.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline preferably an MBA - Marketing with 4 to 6 years of experience.
2. Candidate from any one of Building Materials /Modular Kitchen / Wooden Flooring / Construction related industry or Home Interiors related industry will be preferred.
3. Candidate should be conversant with the process of getting products specified through Interior Designers/ Architects/ Engineers, be familiar with selling to Builders. Ideally the candidate should have an exposure to running a retail store.
