- Design & Consultation in HVAC of Commercial & Healthcare buildings with strong empasis on Indian/Asian Projects
- Working independently in technical drawings, detailing and designing with minimal supervision of HVAC
- Manage the work of HVAC within the deadlines
- Participate in special tasks and perform other duties as and when needed

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ability to perform HVAC load calculations, calculation of ductwork and cooling equirements
- Ability to layout equipment rooms with proper clearances and access
- Excellent Knowledge of HAVC standard
- Ability to develop layouts of complex assemblies, mechanisms and structures
- Checks for clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications and accuracy of calculations and dimensioning
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Flexibility with Shift Timings
