Job Description:
Purpose of Position:
To ensure that both existing and future properties and facilities are appropriately managed and maintained with the minimum capital outlay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implements ‘best practices’ Facilities and Property Management Strategies and processes.
• Takes full P/L responsibility including operating budgets for asset and service management of company property portfolio
• Optimizes procurement solutions for delivery of Operations and Maintenance services for Company’s property portfolio
• Manages and controls outsourced facilities and Maintenance service providers, subcontractors + Suppliers
• Provides strategic and operational advice from a facilities and Property perspective on new property developments of the Company
• Manage a core team of in house personnel
• Liaise with MB group of companies with respect to aligning EH+S policies with F+M activities.

Job Context / Work Environment:
• As Musstir LLC is a start up company, the Facilities Manager will be involved in multiple functions at different levels. Energy and resources will also need to be shared in establishing the companies site activities policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent qualification in building /construction / property / facilities management discipline. From an internationally recognized university

Minimum Work Experience :
• Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in asset & property management, Operations & Maintenance of mixed-use real estate portfolios (preferably in owner’s representative capacity)
• Experience in managing outsourced FM service provides and development of Service Level Agreements and Performance Measurement and management.

Other Skills & Competencies Required:
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) at all levels in the property delivery process.
• Capability to effectively manage subordinates and outsourced service providers.
• I.T literacy and experience of asset and property management software systems.
