Jr. Site Engineer Electrical (Jul’07 to Nov’07)
- Deputed to the Australian Embassy & Delhi Metro for the MEP works (as Trainee) in Mandi House & Barakhamba Station. Actively involved in:
- Tracking and studying electrical works in Australian Embassy.
- Handling the maintenance and tracking performance of MEP systems installed inside the two metro station.
- Conducting study of the supply system for two consecutive stations.

Academic Projects
PC to PC communication through Power Line (Major Project as part of which 7th semester of B.E.)
- The project encompassed the study of power line communication between two PC’s through a date line, for which power pins were used in the circuit to carry data signals while simultaneously delivering power.
- A direct superposition of a data signal on a power pin would fail due to inherent high noise level on power lines, resulting in multiple data channels.
- This system is named as Power Line Communication which is being used mostly in factory automation, motion control, process control, distributed control systems and complex networking.

Microprocessor-based Traffic Control System (Minor Project as part of 5th semester of B.E.)
- Microprocessor-based Traffic Control System works on microprocessor 8086 programming module for the processing of LED lights, installed in road traffic and railway signals.
- The 8086 microprocessor is a 16-bit processor with frequency of 6-10 MHZ.
- Certain commands are used to assign address for the data transfer between CPU and memory. It involved working on the block diagram and flow chart to understand the functions of the processor.
- The above procedure resulted in the simultaneous glow of each LED lights in the circuit providing delay in the microprocessor 8086 programming.

Trainings Attended
National Fertilisers Limited, Naya Nangal (Punjab, India) from 14th Jun’06 to 11th Jul’06 (Duration-One month)
This is one of the five fertiliser plants in India and 2nd largest producer of urea in country, having steam generation plants, different chemical plants cooling towers going through manufacturing processes.
- Conducted many plant surveys and studied the cycle/ chain production of urea as part of the vocational training.

220kV Sub-Station, Naya Gaon, MPSEB, Jabalpur, (M.P., India) from 16th Jun’05 to 2nd Jul’05 (Duration-15 days)
The project involved industrial visit to the 220kv substation switch yard involving study of the phenomena of each circuit having circuit breakers, PT’s & CT’s, transformers, lightening arrestors, etc.
- It encompassed in depth study of each and every circuit to understand transmission through the transmission lines in the city.
- The equipments installed in the yard were SCADA controlled. For this, participated in a visit to the SCADA Control System Office for practical understanding of the working of equipments. It also involved study of how this works whenever some fault occurs in a circuit or system.
