Job Description:
As Paid Search Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's paid search marketing efforts from strategy to execution. This high-profile position involves significant cross-functional interaction and requires both hands-on and managerial activity.

Responsibilities:
· Managing overall strategic direction and execution of search engine and online directory marketing
· Proactively managing relationships with search marketing partners (Google, Overture, MSN, and others)
· Analyzing trends, maintaining revenue and profitability forecasts for the search marketing channel, and managing activity to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
· Optimizing the allocation of search marketing budget across many programs and tens of thousands of search terms
· Creating structured test plans, managing test implementation, and analyzing results to identify opportunities to improve existing program performance
· Identifying and testing new search marketing programs
· Refining current processes to improve search marketing efficiency
· Keeping on top of industry trends in search engine and online directory marketing
· Managing search marketing activities cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and technology functions within company

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of demonstrated success in a position requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills
· Marketing orientation; paid search marketing experience preferred
· Outstanding analytical ability, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets (familiarity with Access and/or SQL a plus)
· Strong relationship management skills
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem solving and process improvement abilities
· Attention to detail, goal orientation, and an ability to learn quickly
