    Job Description:
    Cetana eSolutions is seeking a dedicated, well organized, creative individual to join its SEO team. The Senior SEO Manager will play a key role in the growth of natural search traffic for a global network of online travel websites. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing SEO strategies and best practices for an online travel company. The Senior SEO Manager will collaborate with senior management and other SEO team members including engineers and content writers to see SEO projects and strategies through completion.

    JOB PROFILE:
    1. Planning, development, and implementation of strategic SEO projects
    2. Keyword research for geographical and activity based markets specific to online travel
    3. Deliver best practices to help the company achieve improved rankings in organic search results on search engines including Google, MSN and Yahoo!
    4. Create detailed SEO recommendations for assigned sites
    5. Translate company business goals into successful search engine optimization strategies
    6. Optimize various site elements, including site structure, link popularity and copywriting
    7. Audit site content for SEO compliance
    8. Educate internal marketing teams on SEO processes and principals, develop and update internal SEO documentation
    9. Using Web Analytics software to continually monitor and report on campaign performance
    10. Research new technologies and vendors
    11. Continually monitoring industry trends and staying on top of search engine algorithm changes

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    5+ years of SEO and management experience required
    Prior Search Engine Optimization experience is essential for this role
    Travel and/or Hospitality industry experience preferred
    Specific technical web experience, such as expertise in HTML, JavaScript and CSS is preferred
    Basic knowledge of website design and development
    Familiarity with paid placement (e.g. AdWords, Yahoo SEM)
    Understanding of site analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
    Proficient in project management applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
    Excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
