Job Description:
1. Taxation - Income tax, Sales tax, VAT, Octoroi, DST and other such regulatory tax compliances etc.
2. Banking daily routine work and communications with banks, Cash flow preparation, Investments and Shares, Consortium reporting and meetings, Inventory and Receivables classifications & statements, forex, FCNR (B) Loans, Cash credit, Export /Imports, L/Cs, Cash, Cheques and monitoring of Creditors payments etc.
3. Trial Balance, Finalization of accounts, Balance Sheet and P&L, coordination with Internal audit and statutory audit, audit compliances and ROC work etc.
4. Costing, EFC control, Cost audit and Inventory reconciliation with depots and factories and follow up for Outstanding, Collections and Credit controls etc
5. Budgeting - annual/quarterly/monthly
6. Price discoveries of products and Pricing sales
7. Profitability monitoring, MIS and Financial resources planning and forecasting
