    Job Description:
    ? To convene and conduct the Board Meetings/ Annual General Meetings/ Extra Ordinary General Meetings.
    To send notices to them along with agenda and necessary annexure, to prepare minutes and other things required for the purpose.
    ? Registrar of Companies – To complete all the formalities relating to filing of necessary Forms and Returns with the Registrar of Companies as per Companies Act, 1956
    ? Shareholders – Allotment of shares to the shareholders and issuance of Share Certificates to them after completing necessary formalities, Issues relating to transfer & Transmission of shares.
    ? Maintenance of Statutory Registers like Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Charge, Attendance Register, etc.
    ? Comparative Analysis of various Sections of the Companies Act as and when required.
    ? Agreements - Executing the Agreements with various Contractors/ Leave & License Agreements, Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees, Employees Bonds, etc.
    ? Drafting of necessary Agreements, Articles of Association, Minutes, Directors Report, Chairman’s Speech, etc.
    ? Maintaining all the Original Documents/ Agreements and other Certificates .
    ? Liaison with various Authorities.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    The person must be having good communication skills.
    The person should be LLB + CS with having 1 to 3 yrs of experience in any reputed firm.
    Fresher with good communication skills & knowledge is also applicable for the same.
