Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To perform the operations for Accounting to Reporting (ATR) in Finance and Accounting (F&A) activities in the Global Shared Service Centers
Key Areas of Responsibility:
a) Perform month end reporting tasks as per the global period end time table
b) Support Balance Sheet reconciliation
c) Support Follow-up on open items in balance sheet account reconciliation
d) Support Fixed Assets Accounting
e) Perform intercompany invoicing & intercompany reconciliation
f) Support Country specific reporting (Taxation, Legal requirements, etc)
g) Support General management reporting & other adhoc reporting
h) Perform other general accounting activities – Salary postings, etc
i) Co-ordinate with locations & Centre Functions for the reporting & accounting activities
j) Ensure accurate cost centre & profit centre accounting
k) Identify errors & deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions
l) Ensure updated knowledge on APMM accounting principles, Finance manager’s manual, CENFIN initiatives & guidelines, local accounting & taxation requirement, as applicable

b) Prior financial accounting (GL) & reporting experience of at least 2 yrs
c) Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills
d) Good communication skills (English) – Fluent Oral & Written
e) Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting
f) Update on all new developments within the process & local GAAP
g) Prior experience in MNC
h) Prior experience in ERP systems added advantage
