- Handling the entire gamut of Kitchen & Marble Division with an added responsibility of Furniture Division, Carpentry
- Spearheading designing, planning, negotiation, proposal making, ordering, procurement & project execution.

** Designing :

- As per the drawings, preparing estimation of the project and closing the deal after final negotiation with the clients.

** Installation :
- After receiving material and confirming the accounts making delivery of material on site and start the installation with the help of carpenters and sub contractors.
- This Installation includes the installation of kitchen furniture, kitchen work top & kitchen appliances.
- Heading activities pertaining t** :
** Ordering & installation of custom made kitchens as per client’s requirement.
** Ordering & installation of typical project kitchens as per site conditions.
** Ordering of pre fabricated kitchens from the supplier as per site conditions.
- Managing the :
** Kitchen & furniture installations with 15 Nos. of carpenters along with sub contractors.
** Carpentry for the fabrication of main doors as well as wooden windows with 5 Nos. of carpenters.
- Installing kitchens for the projects (more than 1000 Nos. of Kitchens & furniture fixing) for the huge projects mentioned above along with 5 Carpenters and 2 Sub Contractors.
