Key job responsibilities:
? Responding to customer call-outs;
? Evaluating and resolving problems;
? Assisting with the installation of equipment;
? Liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers;

? Maintaining manuals;

? Typically, the role is split between the office and customers' premises. Willing to travel extensively.

Desired Candidate Profile:
3-5 years experience in industrial products. He should be fluent in English with telephone & written skills with a problem solver with initiative. Good in organized with good administration skills. Accurate with excellent attention to detail. A computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and the Internet. ERP knowledge or worked in ERP environment shall have preference.
