Job Description:
Should have in depth technical knowledge in Automobile Accessories / consumer electronics
Knowledge of Audio and video product.
Should have the caliber to handle international suppliers
Should have in depth technical knowledge at PCB level and component level
Troubleshooting interpersonal skill at PCB level, Able to analyze the root cause and resolve the problem.
Should be able to solve the product related doubts at assembly level and must be able to give alternative solutions
Must check each and every component, which the Supplier is procuring at the entry level and certify for the standard quality.
Only after his approval that the components are at accepted quality, the first level assembly will be kicked off.
Quality check at Assembly line - step by step checking at each and every level of all products
Full Kit Assembly check as per standards
Quality check after installing the necessary software and should verify the product in running condition and final certification.
Physical check during packing and ensure that all the necessary Kits, warranty cards etc., are kept inside.
Ensure to despatch the materials as per requirement and follow up for final despatch until it reaches the destination.
Must have thorough product knowledge and should precisely understand our requirements at micro level.
Should have knowledge in foreign trade policies and procedures.
Candidate should have exposure to ISO/TS systems, Global sourcing and Import & Export procedures.
Must be willing to travel exhaustively within China.
Must identify and source new Suppliers for new products as specified by the Management and establish a sound network of Suppliers all over China
After identifying new Suppliers, he is responsible for negotiation of terms, selection of Suppliers, Agreement, product development, sample supplies, field trials, approval and final supply of materials.
Should suggest product improvements and quality improvements.
Communication and coordination with Suppliers and the Organization
