Job Description:
1. To formulate and implement good aspects of planning.
2. To carry out valuation analysis for each new project or interiors.
3. To draw all plans effectively.
4. To up date yourself of new designing techniques.
5. To train engineers on aspects of interior design and detailing.
6. To check all measurements of work done on a regular basis.
7. To maintain good quality of work at site.
8. To check safety and security at site.
9. To enforce housekeeping, cleanliness and good/efficient layout design of site during construction.
10. To co-ordinate and scrutiny of structural drawings, working drawings, service drawings, sales drawings, brochure drawings etc.
11. To prepare all drawings/ details to the to be submitted to various authorities for NOC
12. To proactively plan /track various liaisoning necessitates and services
13. To co-ordinate / designs for sample flats, common and other amenities spaces, ground spaces, services, layouts, parking etc.
14. To help to document systems of construction, maintenance, possession, modification, sales and customer care etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. To co-ordinate and responsible for extracting and preparing the drawings for interior layout of sample flats / entrance lobbies etc. and explaining to the Construction Department.
2. To prepare detail drawing.
3. To select materials.
4. To remove bill of quantities and prepare schedule of work in order to complete project in given time.
