Job Description:
Key job responsibilities:
Responding to customer call-outs;
Evaluating and resolving problems;
Assisting with the installation of equipment;
Liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers;

Desired Candidate Profile:
3-5 years experience in industrial products. He should be fluent in English with telephone & written skills with a problem solver with initiative. Good in organized with good administration skills. Accurate with excellent attention to detail. A computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and the Internet. ERP knowledge or worked in ERP environment shall have preference.
