Job Description:
The person in Bangalore will be Manager Residential, Division. His responsibilities will include:

a) Introducing the brand to the Leading Hospitals, Architects / Interior Designers, in Western India.
2. He will be given a target for builders/ developers/ hotels and is responsible for driving the business through the Real Estate and Hospitality Industry.
b) To get the brand specified in projects at the tendering stage itself.
c) The responsibilities may include traveling to nearby locations on similar activities.
d) Liasoning & Managing Retail, Projects as well as Institutional Sales in Southern India.
e) Controlling Inventory, Accounts & Administration as per Company’s rules with his various divisions.
Any other responsibility that may fall under the purview of the work denoted.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The nominated person should be a male between 25 – 45 years of age and should have had at least 2-4 years of experience in the building material industry. He/She should be self-motivated and mature to progress with the hard efforts required in building a brand in the region. The person should be ready to work hard and be self motivated. He should have previous experience selling equipments/ building material products to the architects, interiors designers, real estate and hospitality industry. He shall report directly to the Director in Bangalore.
