Job Purpose: Generating business leads from existing databases as part of US Business Development team at Cross-Tab Responsible for client database & lead generation via emailing and cold calling to prospects.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Min. 2 yrs BD experience with international clients, either in a S/W Services or BPO firm or alternatively in an MR firm.Excellent Pre-sales & services selling skills with very strong customer focus & strong communication & presentation skills.
