    Job Description:
    • Consultative selling of Market research and consulting projects to top tier companies in the composite manufacturing and application industry
    • Identifying potential clients and initiating the business. Responsible for Research, Lead Generation, Prospecting and Qualifying target accounts and to generate new sales opportunities.
    • Exceed the assigned monthly targets for qualified client interaction opportunities that include 'request for information', 'request for meetings', and generating follow up calls.
    • Undertake business planning and strategies for market penetration for research and consulting services
    • Undertake client satisfaction studies along with active participation in new service and product offering
    • Understanding business dynamics and driving revenue growth by exceeding quarterly and annual quotas within assigned territory through in person sales meetings
    • Recruiting, mentoring and training account managers and account executives
    • Establish and executive Key performance indicators for sales management
    • Undertake revenue sales team management
    • Managing the Business Development Campaigning through cold calling, e-mail campaigning etc.
    • Follow up on all inbound enquiries (Web, Phone) in a timely manner though the sales TEAM.
    • Leverage CRM for up selling and cross selling.
    • Work extensively for business expansion in the existing accounts. Augment existing database to support account specific marketing initiatives such as Campaigning management, Cross selling etc...
    • Provide feedback to the senior management on customer needs and competitive market intelligence

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Minimum of 5 year post qualification experience in sales in business research/consulting industry (only applications from applicants from globally well known market research & consulting firms will be reviewed) with strong sales foundation in consulting sales, market reports sales and subscription sales along with Excellent track record and network in the regions (Asia-Pacific or Europe, Middle east & Africa) applied for
