The job includes:

1. Operation of and updation of DG Set, Boiler , Air COMPRESSOR SYSTEM, Process Pump, Air Dyer

2.Cleaning of utility machine and updation of log book of the same.

3. Preventive maintenance of Utilities M/c, Production (Tablets,Capsule,Ointment,Powder & Injection) and preparation of card sheet of the same.

4. Attend the machine breakdown and rectifying it after receiving job card. If internally not possible get required job done through the outside party by giving a formal job order.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be:

B.Tech/M.Tech with experience into Pharmaceutical industry only. The candidate should have experience in electrical and mechanical work.

Recovery of Iso Propyl Alcohol (IPA) in the manufacturing process of Naproxen Sodium, Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad.
Distillation is an efficient separation technique of a gas-liquid operation, so this technique is being adapted for the separation of Iso propyl alcohol (IPA) - water system. In this work we have designed distillation column for iso propyl alcohol-water system in which we have calculated height of the column, diameter, number of trays by Mc – CABE and THIELE METHOD, also designed a condenser and a reboiler.

MTech Research Project : Bioconversion of Lignite
The work is about studying the behaviour of optimization of process parameters like pH, lignite concentration and temperature for the biosolubilization of coal by using an organism Fusarium oxysporum.
The work describes the study to conduct experiments to characterize derived component from depolymerisation of coal. And optimize the physical factor for fermented and to conduct experiments to optimize biological factors and also the chemical factors will also be studied.
Project under supervision of both Dr.Tapobrata Panda and coguide Prof. R. Ravi, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
MTech mini project: Sterilization of Reactors
The main objective of this Sterilization of reactors studying the feasibility and design of batch and continuous reactors, work includes the problems facing in this reactors and how to solve them analytically and logically.
Batch reactor retort sterilizer maker, pharmacy sterilization autoclave and the spatial distribution of absolute densities of active species in the reactor as a function of discharge paramers.
BTech Project: Manufacture of Benzene by Toluene hydrodealkylation process
The main objective of the work is to model the production of benzene using toluene hydrodealkylation process which reduces the capital cost and increases the efficiency.
Benzene is produced from five main sources they are catalytic reforming of naphtha, dealkylation of toluene, and recovery from ethylene plant paralysis gasoline.
