Job Description:
Responsible for timely initiation and supervision of construction activities at the project site.
Responsible for the successful progress and completion of the civil. construction activities like Site leveling/piling, boiler and TG Buildings.
Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all construction activities within the planned time and cost parameters.
Responsible for monitoring performance of contractors with respect to quality and schedule adherence and evaluating and deciding on the contractors’ proposals and plans on project construction matters.
Responsible for the complete Civil related work.
Co-ordination with Project Manger and all persons related to the site.
Proper material storage and safety.
Control suppliers and labour output.
Monitor progress and report weekly.
Adherence to safety norms, labour licence, insurance etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Dip ./ B.E – Civil with 4 TO 6 years Experience in Construction & Erection stage of co-generation Plants Projects. Candidate should have experience in Power Plant construction.
Planning and overall Monitoring & Supervision of Civil Works in power plant installation
Experience in at least 2 power plant projects of 25MW or more is a must.
Exposure & knowledge of international standards and best practices for construction & erection activities is desirable.
Capable in handling supervisors / workers / contractors to complete the construction activities in co-ordination with engineering architects and consultants.
