We are looking for a *IT Staffing Specialist* who had proven ability in
marketing the bench consultants. The candidate should have min 1 to 3 year
of Technical Staffing, client relation generation, with US IT Staffing
Experience. Must be able to manage end to end hiring process. Work with
sales associates and technical associates and manage candidates through the
process to have them placed.


*Exposure to US Recruitment processes is must:*


This includes types of Visa, tax-terms and geography and other related
terminology, knowledge about cities and states of US.


One should be able to present the bench well to the vendor/clients and
should have a positive attitude and should be able acquire and share
knowledge, in addition to being assertive, dynamic, motivated, detail
oriented, organized and independent.


- Good Technical Knowledge.
- Ability to generate client/vendor relationship.
- Ability to speak with US Citizens, GC's/high level professionals.
- Excellent communication skills are MUST.


*This will be a night shift job if candidates applying from offshore.*
