Listed are the activities performed in planning department :-
1. Order Execution of PGCIL & ECB – Maintain all the required data and follow the quality standards required by client. Specialization in Transmission Line orders of Power Grid. Presently execution all the PGCIL order an d maintain all the formalities required by PGCIL i.e. procurement raw material taking CIP, maintain Steel Correlation between raw material and finished good inspection, taking MICC for billing purpose.
2. Procurement of Raw Material – As per the quantity received from construction department and supply schedule given by Project Management Department, batch wise indent placing with details of section wise and lengthwise (by Cutting Planning) requirement.
3. Production Program – Preparing project wise production program and Steel availability / non-availability to achieve Billing program with priority as per previous and current completion.
4. Galvanized & Black Material Stock Analysis – Project wise analysis with coordination of fabrication, Galvanizing and Dispatch Department and arrange to maintain it to its minimum level.
