    - Monitoring & reviewing flow of Indents from various user department;
    - Stock review; identifying alternate items for similar applications; coordinating with purchase & user departments.
    - Getting quotations from various suppliers in consultation with Design Cell & Project Mgmt Group, Getting material as per the Purchase Order norms. Rating vendors and taking regular feedback from the vendors.
    - Negotiating cost terms to reduce cost, Exploring market on continuous basis for right vendors.
    - Taking stock of material available before placing every order.
    - Forming commodity wise panels for vendors, updating vendor list on basis of feedback from Quality assurance departments.
    Operation
    - Rectify errors in the system through coordination
    - Preparing material inward, outward & stock statements

    Stockyard Management
