Platform Used : Surface Roughness Tester ( MITUTOYO SJ-201 ) , DESIGN of EXPERIMENT ( DOE ).
Duration : Six months.
Synopsis : This project is a tool for analyzing the usefulness and effectiveness of surface texture in a better manner, using key parameters, by combining it with mathematical models, practical theory and software DOE. Optimization of EDM cutting parameters and analysis of surface roughness using DOE respectively is the main aim of this project.

Worked on diesel engines as Service Engineer in EASTERN DIESEL SALES AND SERVICE ( Authorised Dealer of Cummins ) in Assam from 13th june 2010 to 15th feb 2011.
