Job Description:
1. Professional guidance:

a. Providing hearing care professionals with recommendations and guidance on their product Purchase decisions.
b. Inform them about new products and update with any change in products and accessories.

2. Training:

a. Design, facilitate and conduct product training workshops to hearing health care professionals and Audiologists. They should be self motivated to organize independently product training for group, personnel, dealers and/ or seminars in clinics, hospitals and educational institutions.
b. You will also provide coaching and support to the sales and customer service teams on all Audiological inquiries

3. Market study:

a. Develop and Plan market launch of new Phonak hearing and FM systems in their region and therefore are expected to deliver presentations during local seminars.
b. Participate in professional conferences and industry forums as a speaker for the Company. Be innovative and creative.

4. Research:

a. Co-ordinate product research or field study whenever done in India in co-ordination with Phonak HQ in Switzerland

5. Expert guidance/ Consultant:

a. Maintaining Phonak India Hotline-solving enquiries related to product fitting, selection of hearing aids in ordering by discussion over phone with clinician. The idea is to provide constant, fast and prompt response to Hearing care professionals in India.

6. Others:

a. Provide content for and prepare training materials and marketing materials. Participate in professional conferences and industry forums as a speaker for Phonak.
