Job Description:
People Management- Lead by example on store standards ,Train the staff as per store standards, leave planning and shifts, motivating the staff, monitor individual performances and add productivity, general discipline and punctuality at the store
Visual Merchandising- Maintaining and abiding by the Brand Standards. Innovative and creative display , Clear expression of special campaigns, discounts, themes
Merchandising- Merchandise Planning and Forecasting in conjunction with the PLM, Study past and current trends, maintain category wise performance data , place consistent requirements, study of fast and slow movers
House Keeping- Ensure world class house keeping standards in the store, Tidy and crisp presentation of the products
Data Analysis-Study and focus parameters like QPC ,CMS, ASP, Conversion Rate, Category wise performance ,Individual Productivity etc to constantly add productivity to the store
Sales- Motivating the team to achieve the sales targets, Ensuring excellence in new age customer service standards, CRM data maintenance, Handling customer complaints
Administration and Controls-Ensure smooth flow of operations,liasionsing with accounts department, coordinating with HR,logistics ,PLM ,RM for back end support like timely delivery of stock, carry bags, manual bill books, uniforms
Inventory management -Safeguarding the assets of the organization by staying vigilant and training the guards and security staff for the same, Implementing practices like Global Count, surprise audits, keeping a check on policies and procedures being practiced religiously by the staff
