-- To block rooms as per Guest Satisfaction and ensure all amenities are placed before his arrival
-- Should know all long staying Guests, be aware of their preferences and take extra care of them
-- To pay courtesy calls during Guests on local sight seeing areas and shopping facilities when required
-- Should be able to advice Guests on local sight seeing areas and shopping facilities when required
-- Should make reservation of table in restaurant of Guest choice
-- To arrange airport transfer as well as day use cars with the travel desk
-- To reconfirm airline tickets of guest as per request
-- To receive, check in escort Guest to their rooms as per standard operating procedures
-- Should be conversant with the different facilities provided in the rooms
-- Should have complete knowledge about hotel facilities such as restaurants, ticketing, shopping areas, banqueting facilities etc
