Job Description:
Experience in handling property matters and property court matters is a must . Experience in dealing with labor matters such as statutory/IR related issues & attending to conciliation proceedings, preferred. Drafting Business letters perfectly
Wel- versd with legal terminology and Drafting agreements
Analyze & maintain every legal document with utmost care & diligence
Correspond with the Clients & travel within India to complete legal formalities if any.
Desired Profile LLB with good English language
Efficient perfect drafter of all Business letters
Should take care of end-end legal formalities individually
Corporate exp would be an added advantage
Resumes without current & expected CTC won't be considered
Offer Legal Opinion in relation to Techno Commercial Contracts with regard to financial, Intellectual Property Rights and Company Law when sought for.
