Job Description
·Assist in complying the regulations and compliances of Factories act.
·Manage welfare programmes like provision of aprons as far as GMP
standards are concerned.
·Involve in employee counseling and personnel issues.
·Coordinates in management training and ensure the track of
confirmation of staffs and trainees.
·Statutory activities like filing of ESI/PF and other statutory returns.
·Ensure all the remittances and bills are passed to finance in time and
support the payment for the vendor in time.
·Managing the time office, leave record and muster roll.
Desired Candidate Profile
·Preferred candidate should have 6-8yrs exp in a reputed manufacturing
industry (Plant)
·Should have involved in dealing with fostering employee relations for
productivity improvement
·Preferably a MSW master’s with LLB graduation
