Plant Details :
The JUPC complex is centered on a cracker producing 1 million tone/year of ethylene. The complex is being built in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. Downstream products are 575,000 t/yr of ethylene glycol (EG), 400,000t/yr high density polyethylene (HDPE) and 150,000t/yr linear alpha olefins (LAO).
Duties & Responsibilities : (Welding/ Piping/Equipment)
- Visual Inspection carried out in pressure vessel (internal and external accessories) and suggestion given for rectification
- Inspection Survey & Corrosion survey of plant facilities like piping, equipments.
- Thickness survey carried out in plant equipments like vessels, equipments, exchangers , column and piping
- DPT, MPT, HARDNESS TEST, SPARK TEST and metal surface scanning are witnessed

Plant Details :
The project is a joint venture between SAUDI BASIC INDUSTRIES CORPORATION and AL-KAYAN. SAUDI KAYAN PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY is constructing one of the largest petrochemical projects in the world, requiring an expected 140 million works hours with a peak workforce of 40,000. Located in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. SAUDI KAYAN is the next in a series of large petrochemical projects being built by SABIC, a global leader in the petrochemical industry.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Pipeline inspection , Hydro testing & Pneumatic testing witness, review of piping test packs for Mechanical completion and final dossier submission
- Reviewing Line history sheet and ensure that all required NDE examination shall be performed prior to final system hydro testing.
- Evaluation of test package contents to ensure that required NDT, PWHT, Hardness Test and PMI has been performed prior to final system Pressure testing

Plant Details :
National Industrial Gases Company (GAS), one of the SABIC Group of companies currently has oxygen and nitrogen production facilities in the Industrial cities of Jubail and Yanbu of Saudi Arabia. GAS will add a 3000 MTPD Air Separation Unit (Phase III) in their Yanbu industrial complex and connect it to their existing Phase I and Phase II ASU.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- To identify nonconforming product or activity and to initiate Nonconformance Reports(NCR) and make quality surveillance report(QSR)
- Inspection and witnessing the raw material and relevant documents
- Pipeline & plant inspection of all activities such as Row, Trenching, Stringing, Welding, Fabrication and erection of piping, equipments structures etc., review of material test certificates.
- Welding Inspection of CS and SS {316 & 316L}. Review/witness WPS, PQR test, welder qualification, welder training, welding inspection, PMI checking, destructive testing and review of PWHT chart, hardness reports and consumables certificates.
- Hydro testing & Pneumatic testing witness, review of piping test packs for Mechanical completion and final dossier submission.
