- EFFECT OF FRICTION STIR PROCESSING ON AA2024 WELDMENTS
The main objective of this project is to improve the mechanical properties of AA2024 weldments by Friction stir processing. To study the Microstructural and mechanical properties of TIG welded AA2024 and also FSW before and after ageing.
- CORROSION STUDIES ON FRICTION STIR PROCESSED ALUMINIUM ALLOYS AND THEIR SURFACE COMPOSITES
The main objective of this study is to know the corrosion behavior of friction stir processed heat treatable Al alloy(AA2024) and work hardenable AA(AA5083) and to correlate the result of both the alloys.
